About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical and business-minded Manager, Business Insights to join our Analytics team. This role sits at the intersection of data, business strategy, and executive decision-making. Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Analytics, you will act as a key liaison between Business Intelligence, Strategy, and business stakeholders, translating data into clear recommendations that drive action. Success in this role is not measured by producing reports alone, it is the ability to answer executive questions with context, identify what truly matters, and communicate the "so what" behind the data. You will support strategic initiatives, executive ad hoc requests, and ongoing business performance analysis by combining quantitative assessment, critical thinking, strong analytical skills, storytelling, and AI-enabled workflows.
