What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of experience in business analytics, or a related quantitative field, 2+ years experience managing analysts or data scientists, An understanding of experiment design, including randomization, sample size, & threats to validity, Data visualization and communication, Autonomy and judgment, Product mindset
Nice to Have
PhD preferred, specific ML framework experience, cloud platform certs
