Electrify your future. **About the role** AGL has an exciting opportunity for a **Business Improvement & Training Manager** to join our AGL Macquarie team at Bayswater Power Station, supporting operational excellence, workforce capability, and business transformation across one of Australia’s largest thermal generation assets. **Location:** based on-site at **Bayswater Power Station, Muswellbrook NSW.** This is a critical leadership role embedded within a complex, asset-intensive environment where safety, reliability, and continuous improvement are paramount.
