**Manager, Business Development & Lead Enablement - **Marketing - BDR The Manager, Business Development & Lead Enablement will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve sales targets, drive pipeline growth, and support revenue goals. This role requires strong people management, performance coaching, CRM discipline, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
