Square is looking for a dynamic Sales Leader to lead a team of 10-15 Business Development Representatives who are the front line to our growth engine. Our Business Development Team generates pipeline, identifies ideal customers, and set the foundation for long-term partnerships that help businesses thrive. As a BDR Manager, you'll build a high-performing team that doesn't just hit numbers—they understand our merchants, represent our values, and create exceptional first impressions. You'll coach, motivate, and develop your team while partnering cross-functionally to refine our go-to-market strategy.
