What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree required, 7–10+ years CPG sales/customer leadership experience, Direct experience managing Food Lion, Hannaford, Stop & Shop, Ability to translate data into actionable insights, Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, matrixed organizations
Nice to Have
Startup and/or large CPG mix preferred, People management experience or readiness to lead

Deliver best-in-class in-store execution
