Job's mission The Manager, Business Control Sourcing is responsible for end‑to‑end finance business partnering to Global Sourcing, with a primary focus on material cost management, PPV analysis, and reference tools governance. The role serves as the single point of accountability (PIC) for reference tools professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CMA) Minimum 12 years of progressive finance experience, including relevant experience in a supply chain, procurement, or operations finance role Demonstrated experience supporting a large-scale procurement or supply chain organization in a manufacturing environment Experience in the semiconductor, semiconductor equipment, advanced manufacturing, or high-tech hardware industry Experience supporting cost savings programs, reference pricing, or procurement finance is highly desirable. Analytical capability with experience handling large datasets, PPV analysis, and cost tracking tools. Proficiency with SAP S4/HANA and advanced financial modeling skills; experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and large dataset analysis Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams in fast-moving, technology-driven organizations.
