Five years of related experience in a box office environment, ticket sales, general office, accounting, budgeting, personnel, marketing, supervision, leadership and team management skills, Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, Skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and database software, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to interpret data and support evidence-based decision-making, Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, Ability to multitask, work independently and work cooperatively with others, Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Oversees all aspects of ticketing operations
Ensuring ticketed events are accurately built
Manages day-to-day ticket office operations
Builds and maintains event setups within ticketing software
Oversees ticket sales and distribution channels
Manages customer service for ticketing inquiries
Monitors real-time ticket inventory
Reconciles financial transactions
Trains and supervises ticket office staff
Analyzes sales and attendance patterns
Resolves ticketing issues
Ensures compliance with regulations
Manages ticket office resources
Coordinates promotional efforts
Prepares and distributes regular reports
Acts as representative of Campus Operations
