What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, Minimum 6 years of experience in billing, collections, revenue operations or account management, experience managing multi-country LATAM portfolios and working with local representatives or third-party partners, Proven experience leading teams is essential, attention to detail and analytical skills, Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools, Bilingual in Spanish and English, Comfortable working in a multi-currency and multi-country environment, communication skills and customer service mindset, Demonstrated experience supporting or leading finance transformation, system implementations, or process in housing initiatives in a multi country environment
Nice to Have
Experience in Ad Sales billing, reconciliation, or agency-related processes is strongly preferred, Portuguese is a plus, Experience with SAP ECC/ S/4 HANA preferred, Experience in media or entertainment industries is a plus, US Corporation and Entertainment Industry experience advantageous, Power Bi – Intermediate, Accounting/finance background, analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights, Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and quality, Proactive, solution-driven, with ownership, Effective communicator and stakeholder management skills, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-country environment, Team player with ability to work independently and drive results, Adaptable and comfortable navigating change, Positive, professional attitude with a sense of urgency
What You'll Do.
Overseeing all Advertising Sales end-to-end billing
and collections processes for Ad Sales revenue streams across LATAM
Serving as a subject matter expert supporting the design
and continuous improvement of Ad Sales in housing and systems transformation initiatives
Managing and coordinating local Ad Sales representatives who handle billing and collections activities in their respective markets
Reporting as an Ad Sales representative to our partners
Ensuring alignment with regional and international standards
regional tax regulations and company policies
Lead and manage a team of Billing & Collections Analysts in the end-to-end billing and collections processes for Ad Sales portfolios across LATAM
Oversee the preparation and issuance of accurate invoices for Ad Sales clients
Monitor accounts receivable aging and implement proactive collection strategies
Lead the reconciliation and ongoing follow-up of Ad Sales Representations across all territories
Manage and oversee local Ad Sales representatives
Review and validate agency incentive calculations
Analyze and report on key regional performance indicators
Serve as the escalation point for client billing inquiries
Maintain visibility of financial risks and opportunities across territories
Ensure clear prioritization
and consistent follow-up
Ensure compliance with internal policies

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Traffic, Operations, Legal, and Revenue Accounting to resolve billing discrepancies, ensure accurate accounting and timely reconciliations, and lead management of receivables risk and opportunities through proactive communication with FP&A stakeholders; Build and maintain relationships with agencies, clients, and local Ad Sales representatives; Partnering with IT, Finance Transformation, Tax, and local teams; Partnership with offshore and accounting teams; Ensuring alignment between business requirements, system design, and operational execution
