What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience, Minimum of 7 years of hand on experience in benefits administration, Knowledge of HR policies, processes, and regional benefits-related legislation, Experience in fast-paced, complex environments managing multiple priorities, analytical capability with advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and Microsoft, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proven ability to independently resolve complex problems, Demonstrated experience leading project teams and formally mentoring or developing junior professionals, interpersonal and networking skills, operates with initiative and delivers results with minimal supervision, Genuine continuous improvement mindset

Nice to Have

Professional certifications such as Polskie Stowarzyszenie Zarządzania Kadrami (PSZK), Experience with self-insured benefit plans or large, complex benefits programs, Medicare and retirement knowledge, Workday and Benifex familiarity, Prior experience implementing new benefit technologies, upgrading systems and operational redesigns

What You'll Do.

Govern end-to-end administration of EMEA benefits programmes

Serve as subject matter expert on benefits operations

Enhance programme delivery and service quality

Oversee benefit-related operational activities

Partner to assess proposed programme changes

Lead Annual Enrollment planning and manage renewals

Implement process improvements and automation

Leverage data for programme optimisation

Document and govern benefit plan provisions

Establish and maintain financial controls

Prepare financial reports and analyses

and implementation of system changes

Coordinate M&A activities within Benefit Operations

Act as escalation authority for complex benefit cases

Cultivate trusted partnerships with providers

Lead project teams and develop junior staff

Design and deliver training resources

Advise on regulatory developments and industry trends

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Driving cross-functional alignment with internal partners including Payroll, Communications, HR Business Partners, and Workforce Administration; Cultivating trusted partnerships with internal teams and external providers; Collaborating with internal and external partners to design and deliver impactful training resources

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to distil complex information and engage credibly with stakeholders at all levels; Collaborate with internal and external partners to design and deliver impactful training resources, webinars, workshops, and communications

Process & Methodology

Lead project initiatives, Lead Annual Enrollment planning, Manage renewals, Implement process improvements, Lead the deployment of BMS benefit plans and platforms, Coordinate M&A activities, Lead the work of project teams
