What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, 5–7 years of progressive experience in benefits administration, 1–2 years of people management or team leadership experience, working knowledge of US benefits regulations and compliance requirements, Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration platforms, Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy across high-volume, complex work, Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands while maintaining delivery commitments

Nice to Have

Experience supporting benefits programs in Brazil, India, or other international markets, Professional certification (CEBS, CBP, PHR, SPHR, or similar), Experience with global benefits or multi-country compliance, Exposure to using AI tools or technologies to improve efficiency or enhance benefit processes

Manage and develop a team of benefits analysts

Oversee day-to-day administration of health and welfare plans

Lead annual benefits planning cycles

Ensure compliance with federal

and local benefits regulations

Manage relationships with benefits vendors

Develop and execute benefits communication strategies

Analyze benefits data

Serve as escalation point for complex employee benefits inquiries
