Full Job Description
* Ontwikkelen van klantgerichte proposities en adviesdiensten binnen de luchtvaart. * Leiden van strategische projecten voor publieke en semipublieke opdrachtgevers. * Fungeren als schakel tussen klant en interne KPMG-expertisegebieden. * Uitvoeren van beleidsanalyses, impactstudies en businesscases. * Begeleiden van verandertrajecten en implementatie van strategieën. * Ontwerpen van organisatiestructuren en governance-modellen. Je beschikt over ruime ervaring in het verwerven en uitvoeren van luchtvaartgerelateerde adviesprojecten, zowel op nationaal als internationaal niveau. Je hebt diepgaande kennis van beleidsdossiers en spreekt de taal van stakeholders zoals IenW, ILT, Schiphol, LVNL en KLM. Je weet hoe je strategische vraagstukken vertaalt naar concrete, impactvolle oplossingen. Daarnaast ben je goed vertrouwd met internationale en Europese luchtvaartwet- en regelgeving en volg je actief toekomstige trends en beleidsaanpassingen. Je begrijpt wat er speelt binnen organisaties zoals DG MOVE, EASA, ECAC, ICAO en IATA, en kunt deze inzichten effectief inzetten in je adviespraktijk. Over het team Je maakt deel uit van het Public Sector-team van KPMG Strategy & Operations, een diverse groep van circa 40 professionals. Samen werken we aan maatschappelijke vraagstukken die Nederland raken – van verduurzaming tot strategische autonomie in de luchtvaart. Je krijgt ruimte om te groeien, collega’s te coachen en bij te dragen aan de ontwikkeling van het team. ## Qualifications * WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een commerciële, economische of technische richting. * Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring in strategisch advies of consultancy, in of met de luchtvaartsector. * Sterk netwerk binnen Nederlandse en Europese luchtvaartautoriteiten en -bedrijven. * Ervaring met beleidsontwikkeling en “thought leadership”. * Uitstekende analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden. * Politiek-bestuurlijke sensitiviteit en overtuigingskracht. * Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeli
