This role ensures that procurement activities not only comply with internal policies and external regulations but also create strategic value through risk-informed decision-making **K ey Responsibilities** _Procurement Audit & Compliance_ * Design and execute audit programs across direct materials sourcing (e.g., raw materials, components, packaging) and contract manufacturers * Assess adherence to procurement policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements * Execute second-line assurance activities to assess operational compliance with the framework, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions * Collaborate with Internal Audit and Compliance teams on risk-based audit planning _Risk Management_ * Develop and maintain a procurement risk framework covering supply, financial, geopolitical, ESG, and operational risks * Monitor supplier risk a
