Our Insurance practice is a growing team focused on business and technology projects that transform brokers and carriers and help them adapt to evolving market demands. We assist our clients by developing operating models and cost optimization strategies, while implementing technology platforms, data and analytics solutions, automation capabilities, and supporting the related organizational change. The role will involve applying deep industry knowledge and consulting experience to tailor solutions that help our clients gain a competitive advantage in their markets. As a Manager, you will lead client engagements, mentor consulting teams, contribute to business development efforts, and help shape the growth of West Monroe’s Insurance practice. You will work closely with business and technology executives to solve critical challenges across customer engagement, technology modernization, operations transformation, data and analytics, and AI-enabled business capabilities.
