Our Singapore office is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking a Manager to lead transformation projects in the Financial Services industry. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced consulting manager with a strong track record of delivery and credibility, who is eager to build and grow a part of the financial services consulting business, with the ambition to pursue the partnership track. Key Responsibilities Consulting Leadership * Lead and execute strategic consulting engagements for clients in the banking and insurance sectors, delivering high-quality solutions that address complex business challenges. * Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, planning, execution, and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines. * Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the team. Business Development * Work with Business Unit lead on compelling proposals, leveraging Sia Partners' methodologies and expertise to win new business. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning Sia Partners as a str
