Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **Responsibilities:** * Administer a property portfolio of commercial, residential and industrial buildings * Work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to our clients and tenants * Act as the company's representative to deal with the enquiries of the clients and tenants * Assist to prepare the proposal for new business opportunity **Requirements:** * Diploma holder in real estate, building management or related discipline * 5 years' relevant experience in sizable property management company; * Tier 1 Property Management Practitioner License Holder under PMSO is preferred * Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances * Good client relationship management * Initiative and able to work independently * Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese * Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License will be a definite advantage * Candidate with more experience will be considered as Property Manager **Location:** Remote –Hong Kong, SAR, China If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
