In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in business. DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Manager in our Olathe, KS office. This position will have the responsibility of leading, coaching, training, and motivating a team of Account Coordinators/Project Administrators within our National Accounts Division. As an Account Manager, you will work in conjunction with your direct reports to ensure they are meeting National clients' needs while serving as the primary face and voice to the clients. Job Responsibilities: Provide leadership and general management of Account Coordinators/Project Administrators including quality performance monitoring, improving processes, and development of employees Develop, manage, and implement operational process and procedure improvements to decrease costs and increase profitability Work with Operations Management Team to monitor operating budgets and action plans to meet those objectives Collaborate with internal departments for assurance National Account Customer needs are fulfilled – ensuring the team is communicating consistently with customers to keep them informed of all work orders Conduct employee performance reviews, document performance issues, and provide necessary employee counseling with targeted improvement action plans Develop relationships with our National Account Customers, seek feedback and provide updates, ensure their problems are resolved timely, and conduct follow-up tasks as needed Other responsibilities as assigned Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of direct management / peer management experience preferred; will co
