Must Have
7+ Years of overall experience in Accounting /Finance / Operational Risk, Control mindset along with experience in Finance and Accounting processes (Controllership /Reporting roles), Ability to drive risk framework related discussions and present in risk forums, Understanding of Single Process Inventory (SPI), Leadership, influencing, communication and presentation skills, Skills to navigate the complexities of aligning with senior stakeholders, building consensus and resolving conflicts, Ability to influence peers/stakeholders and other leaders across various lines of business, Ability to engage with management at various levels on risk management and related compliance matters, Ability to drive initiatives with a track record of successful change and making difficult decisions, Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions
Nice to Have
Certification in Operational Risk Management would be preferred
What You'll Do.
Identification & Mitigation of risk issues
thereby promoting risk culture
Assist control effectiveness and process readiness
Preparing content and presenting in Risk Governance forums
Execution of CFO Control implementation & practice activities
Assist in development of training material and conduct sessions to familiarize and drive adoption of risk related policies and programs
Coordinate with Risk Coordinators on initiatives & control projects implementation
track progress to provide consolidated summary and reporting on status
and well-controlled outcomes
Manage end-to-end delivery of time-critical projects
leveraging strategic insights and automation to drive efficiency
Handle a mix of standard and ad-hoc deliverables aligned with dynamic business needs
Build robust processes ensuring data quality and completeness across all CFO-related projects
Maintain stakeholder engagement and continuously improve processes with a clear understanding of their purpose and impact
