**_ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES_** **1\. 日常安保和突发事件处理(70%)** * **风险评估与合规** * 按照Global Security要求定期开展安保风险评估，维护园区/楼宇风险台账。 * 确保符合Global Security标准、地方法规、审计要求与数据隐私法律。 * **安保运营与保安队伍管理** * 负责张江园区/各区域AZ办公楼的日常安保运营，制定/更新SOP，并确保岗位全覆盖并严格执行岗位指令（Post Orders）。 * 监督和管理安保供应商、人员编制与排班，按标准开展绩效与服务质量评估，行程月度反馈。 * 开展例行检查，确保全体安保人员的专业性、合规性。 * **门禁与身份管理** * 管理工牌全生命周期与权限（开通，变更，分发与回收）、定期权限审查、访客管理，车辆/停车场，以及钥匙/门锁管控。 * 严格执行公司门禁与大堂/入口管理标准，覆盖员工、访客、驻场第三方、施工人员、快递等。 * **安全运营中心 （SOC）及系统维保** * 统筹安防系统的运行，包括 CCTV、门禁、入侵报警、求助/胁迫系统及 SOC 控制台。 * 权限管理遵从“Need to know（知情即需）”原则 * 协同安防系统维保供应商，落实预防性维护、工单处理、系统升级与健康监测；按要求开展维保供应商评分与反馈。 * **事件管理与调查** * 担任安防事件首位响应/事件负责人，及时通过 GS Secure 报告案例；事件包括但不限于失窃、人身伤害、财物损坏、易制爆/危化/剧毒品泄漏等。 * 组织事实调查，并与 HR、法务、合规等部门协同处置。 * **围界、停车与收发货区域安全** * 管理围界防护、照明、出入口与停车秩序。 * 确保装卸货口及配送入口的安全与合规运营。 * **实验楼支持** * 非工作时间采集相关实验设备数据 * 紧急情况下按预案组织实验样本转移 * **外部联络与政府检查** * 熟悉并维护与属地公安、消防、城管等部门联系，跟踪周边安全动态并及时响应；与法务、人事、合规等共同处置紧急事件。 * 管理预约/非预约来访（含政府检查）：作为安保对口联系人，确保园区安保与各楼宇前台熟知流程；定期更新部门应急联络清单。 * 政府常规检查安排与陪同：消防（每月一次）、治安（每季度一次）、危险化学品（每月一次）、易制爆（每两月一次）；对外地场所提供支持与经验分享。 * **消防演练** * 协同 SHE 完成张江园区及各区域楼宇的年度消防演练（每年至少一次）。 * **员工安防意识培训** * 组织员工安防意识培训，包括安防事件报告等 **2\. 合同和供应商管理 (10%)** * 按标准RFP流程续签/招标相关合同（安保服务、安防系统安装与维保）。 * 按标准开展供应商定期评估并沟通结果，推动持续改进。 * 开展现场审计（audit），识别安防管理薄弱环节并落地整改。 * 组织合同供应商按季度学习AZ合规政策，杜绝违规行为。 **3\. 项目支持** **（ 20%）** * Executive Protection（AZ高管安保）相关支持和协调 * 协助 China Security 负责人推进安防系统改造/升级项目（含跨部门协调、文档与流程管理）。 * FM突发项目的管理和支持 * 其他指派任务与专项支持。 ** _REQUIREMENTS_** * **本科及以上学历** * **5 年以上** 实体安保相关工作经验 * 具备安保队伍运营管理及安防技术系统（如 **CCTV** 监控、报警系统）管理经验 * 具备良好的人际交往和沟通能力 * 以客户为导向 * 具备扎实的应急响应、事件管理和风险评估知识 * 能够与跨职能团队合作，包括 **EHS、设施、IT、HR** 等部门 * 具备优秀的沟通能力、领导力和利益相关方管理能力 **Date Posted** 04-6月-2026 **Closing Date** 03-9月-2026 AstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
