The role will involve supporting the business through drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, assisting in regulatory compliance, handling consumer litigation, legal documentation, dealing with investigating authorities and providing day-to-day legal support to cross-functional teams. * Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements including vendor agreements, service agreements, API integration agreements, marketing agreements, NDAs, MoUs etc. * Support onboarding of operators, suppliers, service providers for OTA business from a legal and documentation perspective. * Assist in maintaining and updating platform legal documents such as User Agreement, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund/Cancellation policies, Marketing Campaign, etc. * Provide legal support to internal teams including Business, Marketing, Product, Finance, Human Resource, Administration, and Operations. * Draft replies to legal notices and assist in handling consumer or vendor disputes. * Coordinate with external counsel for litigation and other legal proceedings when required. * Maintain contract trackers, legal documentation records, and disput
