What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Intermediate-Advanced English fluency, Bachelor's Degree, At least 4 years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, culture, or related fields, At least 4 years of experience leading or supporting Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging and Community Investment initiatives
Nice to Have
3+ years of experience advising or supporting senior leadership, 2+ years of experience in organizational design, workforce planning, or budget management

Manage strategic priorities and key project execution in the Mexico City Tech Hub supporting CoS and the Leadership Team.
