Partner with Agency Leaders to embed playbooks into daily coaching rhythms.
Oversee data privacy compliance for lead handling
including granular consent purposes
regional regulatory requirements
and revocation workflows.
Ensure agents follow proper consent protocols and maintain accurate records within CRM.
Partner with compliance teams to keep processes updated with evolving regulations.
Support Agency Leaders in driving lead management discipline within their teams.
Co‑create strategies for agent-led partnerships and field collaboration models.
