Must Have

5+ years of experience in real estate finance, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related field, Experience supporting development projects throughout the entire lifecycle from conception through completion, Dynamic verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities, analytical and quantitative skills, with excellent financial acumen and high proficiency with real estate underwriting and real estate finance concepts

Present recommendations

Ensure the portfolio’s compliance with debt and equity providers

Develop and provide reports to investment committee and equity partners

Monitor investment performance

Recommend methods to optimize returns at the asset and portfolio level

and report on the portfolio’s performance against budget and investment proforma

Manage and monitor cash flow

Make strategic recommendations on asset capitalization

Prepare monthly and quarterly client portfolio/performance reports

and capital trends and factors impacting portfolio performance

Prepare and deliver presentations and updates to investment committee/equity partners

Participate in formulating the long-term disposition and exit strategy for the assets

Develop and lead revenue-enhancing and expense containment programs and initiatives at the property level

Monitor resident turnover and satisfaction indicators

Identify and act on opportunities to drive operational excellence to enhance value

Interact with Development and Construction regarding the delivery of assets
