Role: Manager, Asset Management Location: Tokyo Key Responsibilities: Asset Management: Oversee the management of the company’s data center assets, including development projects, monthly OPEX payments, and portfolio optimization Asset Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance asset performance while adhering to financial and operational best practices to minimize potential risks Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to support decision-making processes. Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic data to provide insights and recommendations Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage the company’s annual budget and financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis Reporting: Prepare comprehensive asset management reports for the management, stakeholders and the financial institutions Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
