Must Have
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or engineering, 6+ years of experience in AI, data science, or ML engineering, 2+ years managing technical teams, Proven ability to take AI projects from conception through production, Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI, Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming, Proficiency in Python, Proficiency in R, Proficiency in SQL, Hands-on experience with Databricks, Working knowledge of MLOps practices, Comfortable presenting complex technical work to non-technical clients and executive stakeholders
Nice to Have
Master's degree preferred, Experience with agentic AI frameworks or orchestration tools, Familiarity with prompt engineering, Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), Experience in a digital services, consulting, or agency environment

You'll work directly with clients to help them unlock the value in their data, while managing and mentoring a team of data scientists, AI engineers, and software engineers. This role shapes both how we deliver AI solutions and how our clients experience them. ## **The Impact You 'll Have** You'll be the connective tissue between what's technically possible and what clients actually need.
