Ensure creative design intent is maintained
Develop design strategy
Develop cost effective drawings
Review drawings and specifications
Develop scope of work documents
Select Architecture and Engineering vendors
Prepare Architecture/Engineering schedule
Ensure vendors maintain schedule
Prepare progress reports
Manage contractual obligations
Evaluate requests for additional services
Incorporate agreed upon changes
Participate in Environmental
Health & Safety responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned

JOB SUMMARY Oversees and manages the Architectural and Engineering design and construction administration effort within a specific area of a project. Also manages the resources, finances, and schedule of that project. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES * Attends weekly project meetings.
