Master’s degree, Law degree, Relevant certification, Extensive knowledge of third party due diligence systems
What You'll Do.
Develop and implement due diligence processes
Conduct comprehensive due diligence on third parties
Evaluate third-party entities for compliance
Perform risk assessments and background checks
Monitor third-party activities for non-compliance
Maintain accurate records of due diligence activities
Provide guidance on anti-corruption laws
Train domestic and international system users
Identify potential corruption risks
Develop strategies for risk mitigation
Prepare reports on due diligence activities
Present findings to senior management
Ensure documentation is up-to-date
Forecast and budget for screenings
Ensure system is operable and functioning
Troubleshoot system issues
Advise on system enhancements or changes
