We are looking for a Manager, Algorithms to lead a team creating new health sensing algorithms that power future Oura experiences. You’ll set direction, build strong execution habits, and partner across hardware, firmware, and product to deliver algorithms that are accurate, resilient, and ready for real-world use. This is a hybrid role based in San Diego, CA, requiring at least three days in office (at our Carmel Mountain location) per week.
