Amazon AIR is seeking a Manager, Aircraft Maintenance Operations to drive operational excellence at the intersection of aviation expertise, AI/ML innovation, and data-driven strategy. In this role, you won't just manage maintenance operations, you'll architect the next generation of tools, processes, and best practices that keep Amazon's air network moving safely and efficiently. The Maintenance Operations team (MXO) is rapidly evolving, incorporating GenAI-powered analytics, real-time fleet health monitoring, and intelligent automation to move from reactive maintenance to predictive, insight-driven operations. This is a rare opportunity to lead — not just use — AI-enabled transformation in aviation maintenance at global scale. This role supports Amazon Air's 24/7 Network Control Center. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required as business needs evolve.
