What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4 or more years of experience in analytics, at least 1 year managing or mentoring analysts, SQL skills in Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery, Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science.

Nice to Have

Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics or automation, Background in direct to consumer, digital media, or streaming businesses, Experience with Amplitude, Adobe Clickstream data, mParticle, Launch Darkly

Lead cross product analysis

Identify user behaviors and content patterns

Build forecasting models

Develop and QA data pipelines and dashboards

Detect and resolve data integrity issues

Manage and mentor one direct report
