What You'll Do.
Supervise daily Accuracy Testing research activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned work
Allocate and prioritize work across research analysts based on test complexity
and analyst capability
Monitor operational metrics such as throughput
and quality trends to ensure performance expectations are met
Ensure adherence to documented research instructions
and documentation standards
Serve as the first line of accountability for research quality and consistency
Partner with Quality Control to address error trends
and calibration needs
Identify and proactively escalate operational risks that may impact audit outcomes or data integrity
Ensure high-judgment or high-risk research is assigned to appropriately skilled and leveled analysts
Act as the primary operational point of contact for Accuracy Testing research within Data Quality Insights
Communicate operational status
and trends to management clearly and consistently
Partner with senior research analysts and leads to resolve complex or escalated research cases
Support audit preparation
and remediation activities related to research operations
