Our technology and innovation, partnerships and networks combine to deliver a unique set of products and services that help people, businesses and governments realize their greatest potential._ **Title and Summary** ### Manager, Accounting ### Overview: The MTS Philippines Accounting Team is a key part of the MTS Controllership organization, responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting and accounting operations for the Philippines entity, including core functions such as accounts payable, reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and period-end close, while supporting statutory audits, tax and regulatory compliance, and management reporting, and partnering closely with global and cross-functional stakeholders to drive process improvements, maintain strong internal controls, and uphold financial integrity in a complex and highly regulated remittance environment. We are looking for a person to: • Help oversee the statutory financial reports that are delivered to various regulators within the Philippines. • Support the development of processes and controls around the financial activities of the company. • Ensure oversight of the data extracts used for accounting and supplemental reporting. This role requires a highly motivated team-player who is able to work collaboratively across finance and operations and technology teams to accelerate the implementation of the abovementioned processes and controls. Hiring location is based in the Philippines (Pasig). The Role: • To play an integral role by overseeing the external audits of the various entities in the Philippines to ensure that the financial statements are accurate and
