Must Have
Fluency in English and Armenian, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Demonstrated experience processing Armenian payroll, 7+ years of progressive professional experience, Experience as an Accounting Manager, Hands-on experience with global large-scale ERP systems, Comprehensive knowledge of Armenian statutory and tax reporting requirements, Experience working with cross-border entities, Managing intercompany transactions
Nice to Have
Relevant professional certifications (e.g. CPA/ACCA), Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform, Industry experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO), Professional services in the health sector
What You'll Do.
Oversee and review general ledger postings
Lead monthly and year-end closing processes
Manage and process Armenian payroll
Supervise vendor relationships
Coordinate and reconcile cross-border transactions
Prepare and submit Armenian statutory and tax reports
Utilize and optimize ERP systems
and develop accounting team

Coordinate transactions with cross-border entities; Serve as go-to finance contact for stakeholders; Provide guidance and support for finance matters; Accommodate international time zones for collaboration
