About the job Reporting to the Director of Restaurant Sales and Services for EMEA, you will drive restaurant acquisition and expansion in France. In this role, you will lead a team of Account Executives, developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets for our reservations technology. You will empower your team to overcome challenges, challenge current thinking, and deliver successful outcomes for the business and our customers. By fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment, you will play a key role in maintaining high motivation and performance levels across the market. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and hire a team of Account Executives to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Develop comprehensive annual forecasts and strategic sales plans to drive regional growth. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching to ensure continuous team development and success.
