Must Have
Bachelor's degree or higher with 8 years of related experience or a Master's degree with 6 years of related experience, 12 years of related experience in lieu of degree requirement, 4 years of hands-on experience in Program Planning / Scheduling utilizing Microsoft Project, Understanding of project management and earned-value management principles, Proficiency in MS Office Programs (MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word), Experience using Schedule Health Analysis and Monte Carlo schedule risk assessment tools, Ability to travel domestically 10% of the time, US Citizenship is required, Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
Nice to Have
Degree in a Business Administration or Engineering related field, Experience in a DOD manufacturing or engineering development environment, Production scheduling experience, Familiarity with MRP, Familiarity with Earned Value tools (Cobra, etc.), Experience in applying integrated cost/schedule and critical path methodologies within an Earned Value (EVMS) environment, Familiarity with the NDIA's Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide, Experience in Aerospace and/or Defense programs, Familiarity with Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR), Current, active DoD Secret security clearance
What You'll Do.
Manage all scheduling efforts and schedule baselines
Provide site schedulers with day-to-day hands on support
Provide guidance and troubleshooting to site schedulers
Satisfy Programmatic requirements

Project management including managing multiple priorities against ambitious
Support/coordination of internal and external surveillance audits
Ensure full compliance with corporate and sector scheduling
Focus on implementation of the NGMS Earned Value
Provide support to bids
Advise business managers in integrating project schedules with
Attend site business management meetings to define schedule
Work with sector scheduling management on resource allocation
Assist sector scheduling group in evaluating goals and
Bring team together to foster collaboration
Reach customer and company success
Manage and drive top performance through employee engagement
