As a NPI Manager 2, you will be responsible in working with engineering teams in US and Asia to support product development, factory readiness and Pre-RAMP to get the factory ready to produce in high volume. You will support the program strategy and factory requirements for high volume manufacturing. You are required to pull multi organizations together to achieve the above objectives and need to have good written and communication skills. Good command in English language is required, as you will be working together with individuals and organizations from multiple countries. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: New Product * Facilitate with factory team to prepare, support development builds and “Customer Qualification Sample” build until VPR * Support factory cross-functional teams to resolve program issues.
