These responsibilities include some of the following: \- Process routine employee lifecycle transactions accurately and on time using HR systems and ticketing tools. \- Monitor service queues, response times, and service level agreements to meet team targets. \- Respond to employee and manager queries via tickets and chat, escalating complex issues when needed. \- Maintain and improve data quality through validations, reconciliations and bulk updates. \- Use dashboards and reports to track trends and propose process improvements. \- Support training, quality checks, and knowledgebase updates to ens
