## _**Job Description:**_ **Job Title:** Management Consulting – Engagement Manager **Location:** London **Corporate Title:** Vice President You will be joining Deutsche Bank Management Consulting (DBMC), the Bank’s in-house management consulting team that partners with senior leaders to actively contribute to the bank’s strategic objectives. DBMC connects strategy to execution with measurable outcomes. Our role is to support the bank’s transformation journey, helping to define and operationalize its key priorities. To achieve this, we collaborate with business divisions and infrastructure functions across Deutsche Bank’s global platform. Our Engagements cover a wide range of topics including strategic growth initiatives, product development, process optimization, risk and regulatory transformation, generative AI adoption, as well as organizational / operating model design. This provides our team with broad exposure to the bank’s key priorities, diverse topics, and the opportunity to work with multiple DBMC engagement teams and senior clients. We are a dynamic, highly motivated, and multicultural team with a global presence, operating from offices in Frankfurt, London, and Mumbai.
