Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree (BE / BTech - CS), 4-7 years of professional work experience in Pharma / Lifesciences analytics domains, problem-solving analytical skills, Ability to develop and articulate data-backed recommendations, Demonstrated client-facing experience, Ability to guide and review the work of junior team members
Nice to Have
MBA from Top Tier B-schools (IIMs), Understanding of applications of statistical and machine learning algorithms, project management and team management skills, ability to work with global teams, Hands-on quantitative experience with analytical tools (SQL, Python / R, Excel, BI tools), Providing required inputs to sales, and pre-sales activities, A self-starter who can work well with limited guidance
