The ideal candidate is a strong management consultant with a proven track record of leading and implementing successful change management initiatives within complex organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to influence, advise, and drive change at all levels of an organization. The successful candidate will bring a broad understanding of business and technology solutions, industry best practices, and hands-on experience supporting transformation initiatives. They will also demonstrate an understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and agentic AI, and how these capabilities can impact people, processes, roles, operating models, and ways of working.
