What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4–5 years of hands-on management consulting experience, Strategic AI Insight: A continuously evolving grasp of the Data & GenAI landscape, with a proven ability to translate emerging capabilities into tangible business value., Executive Presence: Proven experience advising C-level leaders and managing senior stakeholders., Strategic Mindset: Ability to turn complex business challenges into clear AI opportunities., Communication: Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for high-level audiences., Mindset: Fluent in English, highly proactive, and able to adapt to fast-paced environments.
Nice to Have
candidates coming from Big Four or comparable strategy/advisory consulting firms, Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, NLP, or GenAI tools., Understanding of data governance, AI governance, AI change management, AI ethics, and regulatory frameworks., Proven experience in delivering complex enterprise IT system implementation projects, ideally in large corporate environments.
