Develop an inspirational management and leadership style that will cultivate an environment of high performance through employee development and performance management.
Enhance branch culture by motivating team members and promoting positive morale.
Demonstrate the ability to effectively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
both personally and through diligent employee coaching.
Cultivate advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address and resolve customer concerns.
Lead staff meetings to address internal and branch objectives
and set priorities related to business development goals
