Ensure timely completion of required documentation and training
Maintain accurate personnel files
Provide customer service support
Answer customer questions
Assist with paperwork
Process sales paperwork
Process auction paperwork
Process DMV documentation
Process dealer registration
Handle cash management tasks
Manage multiple payment types
Support Business Office operations
Mentor new associates
Follow CarMax Environmental
Health and Safety requirements
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
