## Description Role of Purposes: We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to join our Finance team. This role will focus on supporting complex financial calculations, including management fees and incentive payments, while ensuring a high standard of accuracy and financial integrity. The ideal candidate possesses strong financial analysis capabilities, advanced technical skills, and hands-on experience in financial reporting and month-end close activities. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of handling sophisticated financial data with precision. ## Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage complex financial calculations, including management fees, incentive payments, and other finance-related computations with a high level of accuracy. Support the end-to-end processing of high-volume financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support business decision-making. Prepare and deliver regular financial and management reports, including reconciliations and month-end close support activities. Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies or trends, and follow through with appropriate resolutions and recommendations. Communicate effectively with international stakeholders through both written and verbal communication to provide clear financial information and resolve inquiries professionally. Ensure proper documentation, maintain strong internal controls, and uphold data integrity across all financial processes. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy. Collaborate with other team members, share knowledge, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure smooth financial operations. Support ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requirements as needed. ## Is This You?
