About the Role As a Managed Services Specialist, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), you will help home and community care organizations protect their revenue and stay compliant so they can focus more time on delivering quality care. You will sit within our Customer Success organization and partner closely with our Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support teams to guide customers through complex Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), billing, and payer requirements. You will lead EVV activations and certifications, support high-stakes billing and compliance initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to both operational and implementation-phase customers. Operating in a highly regulated Medicaid and EVV environment, you will translate evolving regulations and payer rules into practical workflows and configurations that drive accurate billing and revenue realization.
