## Accountabilities Develop and execute tailored, multi-channel marketing strategies (email, SMS, social, and digital) aligned with client goals, audience segments, and seasonal golf operations. Create engaging, on-brand campaign content and manage end-to-end execution, including automation workflows, segmentation, and performance optimization. Conduct regular client reviews, provide strategic recommendations, and act as a trusted marketing advisor to improve engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes. Manage and support email and SMS platform operations, including onboarding, training sessions, account setup, template creation, and automation journey configuration. Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and continuously optimize campaigns and subscriber growth strategies. Develop educational materials (guides, FAQs, tutorials) and support client enablement to improve platform adoption and self-sufficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance managed marketing offerings, improve processes, and ensure alignment across client success initiatives. Requirements 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, or client-facing marketing roles, ideally within hospitality, SaaS, or service-based industries. Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns with strong understanding of email marketing, SMS marketing, and marketing automation tools. Strong content creation skills with the ability to write compelling copy for digital campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence in client-facing advisory and training responsibilities. Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
