Must Have
5+ years of experience in IT support, service desk, or field support engineering, Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals, Experience with onsite IT setup, troubleshooting, and hardware installation, Ability to work independently while managing multiple audit and support tasks, Excellent documentation and communication skills, Willingness to travel to different sites, Valid driver's license required
Nice to Have
Familiarity with IT asset management tools, Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience), Basic knowledge of network diagrams, patch panels, and structured cabling standards
