What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of SAP functional experience with a focus on manufacturing and Plan-to-Produce processes, Deep expertise in SAP PP, MM, QM, PM, WM, and SD modules as they relate to manufacturing operations, Proven track record of leading SAP manufacturing implementations, upgrades, and integrations, understanding of manufacturing processes such as production planning, shop floor control, quality management, and maintenance, Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Nice to Have
SAP certification(s) in relevant manufacturing modules, Six Sigma green belt, CSCP/CPIM, SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and digital manufacturing technologies (MES, IoT, Industry 4.0)
What You'll Do.

Focus on the Plan-to-Produce (P2P) process
Architect and optimize solutions supporting the full Plan-to-Produce process
Ensure seamless integration and alignment between SAP modules and external systems
Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices
and configuration strategies
Work with technical teams to design interfaces and integrations
Ensure aged help desk ticket volume stays lower meeting SLAs
Lead the end-to-end functional design and architecture of SAP solutions across multiple modules
Lead and drive SAP and other systems implementations globally
Develop and document comprehensive SAP solution blueprints
Oversee SAP configuration
and integration activities
Ensure compliance with industry regulations
and internal governance frameworks
Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments
Support and oversee functional testing
user acceptance testing (UAT)
Conduct impact analysis
and governance reviews
Mentor and lead SAP functional consultants and cross-functional teams
