Certification and Registration with ARRT in Diagnostic Radiology, BLS Basic Life Support, American Heart Association

Nice to Have

Advanced modality registration in Mammography, ARRT, State Licensure, Associate's from an ARRT accredited institute, 1 year experience as a registered mammography technologist, EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR), Picture archiving communication system (PACS)

What You'll Do.

Perform breast imaging and DEXA procedures

Assist radiologist in invasive procedures

Correlate patient's clinical history

Select and operate breast imaging equipment

Select appropriate radiographic technique

Apply principles of radiation protection

Apply principles of patient safety

Provide patient education and discharge instructions

Participate in quality assessments and improvement plans
