You make that moment count. **You might be our person if…** * You notice the things others walk past and you fix them without being asked. * You move with urgency without cutting corners on quality. * You respect the space you're working in because someone is about to call it home. * You show up consistently, because the leasing schedule depends on it. **What You'll Own** _Unit Turns & Make-Readies_ * Work through the make-ready checklist from top to bottom, completing all repairs and improvements before every move-in * Inspect and repair sheetrock, caulk and seal windows and bathroom fixtures, and perform touch-up paint as directed * Clear out vacant units before the make-ready process begins and complete all documentation accurately and on time _Property Upkeep_ * Keep grounds, common areas, and amenities clean and presentable throughout the day * Pressure wash, perform general cleaning, and assist with curb and signage upkeep as needed **Requirements** * Prior maintenance or trades experience is a plus but not required, we'll teach the right person * A strong work ethic and a sharp eye for detail * Weekend availability and the ability to work a flexible schedule * Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently and 50 lbs with assistance, and work indoors and outdoors * A valid driver's license * A genuine pride in doing the job well every single time
